Eva Liu’s beautiful cakes are sure to be a talking point at any wedding, with her confectionery flowers a specialty. Styles range from simple and modern to more flowery affairs, and range in price from $6,600-$26,000, depending on decoration, size and design. ideally, order two months in advance, though a cake can be created in two weeks. Clients are welcome to suggest their own designs. Flavours range from the traditional hazelnut and chocolate, lemon and mocha to the more unusual milky green tea and butter rum raisin.
