For a unique, historical wedding venue, you may want to consider The Pawn on Johnston Road. Set in a historical building that once served as a pawnshop, The Pawn has been lovingly restored and is now one of the hippest drinking and dining destinations in Wan Chai. For private events, the bar/restaurant has three areas, the Living Room (80 sitting, 150 standing), the Dining Room (seats 80) and the Roof Garden (80 seated, 150 standing). The Clearwater Bay Golf club has a wide choice of both indoor and outdoor venues that are well suited to wedding ceremonies. Boasting two lawns, the Oasis Lawn overlooking the South China Sea, and the 15,000 square foot Marina Lawn is set against mountains and can be set up with a marquee for an outdoor ceremony.
